Use MY_ATTRIBUTE to replace __attribute__

Similar to but with no need to reinvent macros, change all use of _attribute_ to MY_ATTRIBUTE and other similarly specialized macros. See Implement TOKU_ATTRIBUTE to replace _attribute_
