Add file notation to loader temp files

The PerconaFT loader uses a lot of temp files. We need a way to pass in some extra identification during the loader creation/initialization that gets prepended/appended/whatever to the temp file names. This will allow an user of the PerconaFT library to have some idea which files are associated with which loader instance and ultimately which user instance from the calling storage engine.
